ITAL Seeking Power BI Trainer

IT Audit Labs is seeking a Power BI Trainer with Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to provide tailored training sessions for individual and small group participants via Microsoft Teams.

The primary focus of these sessions will be to address developer-level questions regarding data structuring and management using Power BI in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (F&O) environment.

Key Training Topics:

• Comparing data source connection methods (direct query, import, cube, PBI model)

• Data infrastructure design (data lake, data warehouse, ODS, etc.)

• Data pipelines and data refresh strategies (hot path, warm path, cold path)

• Optimization techniques for performance and cost efficiency

Qualifications:

• Advanced Proficiency in Power BI

• Excellent communication and teaching skills

• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations

• In-depth understanding of key training topics and related subjects

Engagement Structure:

This is an hourly, time-and-materials based engagement. The initial expectation is for two, 2-4-hour working sessions, followed by 1-hour follow-up training sessions sporadically throughout the year. Please note that training sessions may be recorded for future reference.

We offer flexibility in scheduling the training sessions according to your availability. Ideally, we would like to schedule the first session before April 10, 2023.
