ITAL Seeking Principal Business Analyst

IT Audit Labs is seeking Principal Business Analysts to support upcoming security assessment and remediation projects in the twin cities for multiple clients.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and assess changing needs of the business

• Analyze change impacts, and provide solutions that are actionable and cost effective

• Communicate, translate, simplify business requirements for stakeholder buy in

• Document and support communication to relevant groups and stakeholders

• Familiarity with data management and utilization projects

• Knowledge of Business Data Management best practices; ability to adapt to the needs of the organization/project

• Performs at high levels under pressure, even during organizational chaos

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or AA +7 years practical experience

• At least 7 years prior experience in a BA role

• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Visio, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

• Azure and Infrastructure experience is strongly preferred

The ideal candidate Must Have:

• Previous consultant experience

• Task mastery skills to prioritize competing initiatives across multiple clients

• Ability to travel to offices in the Twin Cities 50-75% (hybrid in office/remote role)

Salary determined on qualifications and experience. Early April start date preferred.
