ITAL Seeking Technical Business Analysts

IT Audit Labs is seeking Technical Business Analysts to facilitate and support documenting of practices and processes to support demand management for technical tools and software at a local twin cities client. This is a contract position, 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Understand and assess changing needs of the business

• Communicate, translate, simplify, and document business requirements

• Document and support communication to relevant groups and stakeholders

• Solution design for technical tools, applications and/or software

• Knowledge of industry best practices; ability to adapt to the needs of the business

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in a BA role

• At least 2 years of prior technical BA experience

• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Visio, Teams, Word, etc.)

• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

• Previous demand management process and technical advisement experience is strongly preferred

The ideal candidate Must Have

• Previous consultant experience

• Cross functional collaboration skills

• Experience speaking to different levels of management within an organization
